South Elementary School is accepting registration for kindergarten as well as for other grade levels for September of 2012. To be eligible for kindergarten, children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2012. Parents who wish to register their children must bring the following with them:
* the child’s original birth certificate (with raised seal).
* copies of the child’s immunizations including hepatitis B, varicella, DTaP or DTP, polio and MMR.
* proof of lead screening
* proof of residency in the town of Plymouth.
Parents who wish to complete the required forms in advance of registration will find the forms on the Plymouth Schools' website. Go to the Plymouth Schools' Home Page. Click on 'Family Resources' at the top left. Find "Kindergarten Registration" on the drop down box. Scroll down to find the forms.
The South Elementary School Main Office will accept new registrations any day that school is in session between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
