Plymouth Harbor Academy (PHA) is an alternative education diploma option for Plymouth Public School students who may struggle in a mainstream setting. PHA is determined to meet the needs of our students through increased flexibility by refocusing our attention on the students strengths and needs. 

The name Harbor Academy may seem simplistic but it has a much different meaning to us.
