New Staff - Hiring Checklist
Welcome to the Plymouth Public Schools!
Please find the checklist of new hire paperwork below. All new staff will need to complete the following:
CORI (In addition to the form, please bring a valid driver's license or passport)
Fingerprints (When scheduling your appointment, please use provider ID# 02390000 when prompted)
*If you've been fingerprinted in another district, please have the district send a letter of suitability to acardarelli@plymouth.k12.ma.us)
I-9 (In addition to the form, please bring 1-2 unexpired ID's from the acceptable documents list on page 3)
State Mandated Ethics Training for Municipalities - Please complete the online training and print the certificate of completion.
In addition to the above:
All new staff in a certificated position will need to supply:
* official transcripts (Bachelors, Masters, CAGS, Doctorate, additional graduate credits)
* a current educator license issued by DESE
All specialized staff will need to supply state-issued licenses (i.e. RN's, therapists).
All new staff in a classified position - transcripts are not required, but are recommended.
All new staff scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week will need to complete an OBRA form.
