LESSON PLANS - Copying, Renaming, Uploading
Teachers (at the secondary level) have been given a template for a Lesson Plan which will contain a summary of their lesson for the students. Teachers are to make a copy of this template into their own Google Drive, edit for Week 1, Week 2, etc. Once the Lesson Plan is done and ready to be published, Teachers need to upload it to the folders that are linked on the document at each schools's Remote Learning page in the category entitled "Weekly Lesson Plans."
Step 1:
- Copy the Template Lesson Plan into your Drive
- Make Copies for Yourself to Edit
- Rename your Documents

- After your Lesson Plan is final, upload to the folder linked to on the Remote Learning Website

CLEVER: How do I get my Students Clever Badges (K-2)?
If your Kindergarten through Grade 2 students are struggling with logging into Google/Clever and they need their Clever badge, you can navigate in Clever to the Teacher Page and download a student badge and send to your student. Please remember that you should send ONLY the student's badge and not include a class set or multiple badges in an email.

CLEVER: How do my Students Log in?
The easiest way for a student to log into Clever is at the following url:
https://www.clever.com/in/plymouth
By selecting the Plymouth Clever link, students will not have to select the State of Massachusetts and their School in Plymouth.
They can also go to our Plymouth Public Schools Remote Learning Website and choose Students & Families tab at the top and then select Clever.
Students can then log in with their Google ID.
If the student has a Clever badge (K-2) they can visit this Clever page to see how to log in using a badge.
