Student Bus Transportation Survey

PPS Families: You should have an email that includes a link to a survey to confirm whether or not your child intends to ride the bus in the fall. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS for this email.

The email subject reads:
Sign or Review: Form for {recipient} titled Transportation Survey 2026-2027

The email will come from:
Karen Venett via Informed K12 <forms@informedk12.com>

Please direct all questions to your child's school and not to Karen Venett.

The primary contact will receive a separate email and form to complete for each of their children. It will be assumed that a student is not riding the bus if we have not heard back by June 30. Any students who require payment to ride the bus will not be scheduled to a bus until we receive payment. Thank you!
