Yellow Tulip Project student ambassadors at PCIS created their first Hope Garden of the year on Thursday at the Plymouth Police Station. They planted 250 tulip bulbs, took some time to sketch and journal in their log books, and had some fun with Officer South’s K9 puppy, Baja!
